    A confidential conversation to understand your financial landscape—homes, investments, assets like art, aircraft, or equine interests. I’ll help you gain full visibility and peace of mind.

  • 🚀 Onboarding & Setup

    During onboarding, you will connect your bank and credit card accounts directly into QuickBooks Online. This ensures your credentials remain secure and under your control at all times.

    I then customize your chart of accounts, categorize initial transactions, and set up workflows aligned with your lifestyle and reporting needs. Where applicable, I coordinate with your Executive Assistant and CPA to streamline the process.

  • 📆 Monthly Bookkeeping

    Once setup is complete, I deliver clear, categorized financials each month and include a 30-minute review session to keep you informed, aligned, and in control.

Pricing:

  • ONBOARDING: starting at $1,500 - one-time flat fee, based on the number of accounts and complexity of setup.

  • MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING SUPPORT: $600–$900/month depending on the number of accounts, transaction volume, and reporting needs.

  • ANNUAL FAMILY BUDGET: $1,700

    Strategic once-a-year planning to align household and business finances. Includes a 12-month budget, tax-readiness review, and tracking for family goals like education, travel, investments, and philanthropy.

    A custom quote for onboarding and bookkeeping will be provided after our initial consultation to ensure transparency and accuracy.
