  3. Collaboration & Handoff: We coordinate with your CPA or audit team to streamline requests and ensure a smooth, efficient audit process.

📎 Important Client Responsibilities & Scope of Work

📌 Important: Successful audit preparation requires active client participation and collaboration. Acrux Advisory’s work is based entirely on the information, records, and systems you provide. This process can only be completed if you (client):

  • Provide all required documents and data needed to clean and reconcile books before the audit.

  • Assist in organizing audit folders and maintaining necessary records.

  • Respond promptly and accurately to all questions and document requests.

Acrux Advisory will solely use your company’s data, records, and accounting systems to export information, prepare reports, and organize documentation. Our role is to act as a liaison between your finance team and the external audit team — preparing and delivering files, schedules, and supporting documentation based on the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the information you provide.

All reports, schedules, and documentation prepared by Acrux Advisory require your review and sign-off prior to submission, as they represent your company’s financial information. Acrux Advisory does not perform audits or issue audit opinions. We focus exclusively on pre-audit preparation and support designed to make the audit process smoother, faster, and more efficient.
